These terms govern the vehicle-pricing research service provided through Beat My Car Quote. By submitting a request and paying the research fee, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Beat My Car Quote is an independent research service. We research dealer pricing and availability based on the specifications and location you provide, then identify the best available opportunity we find within the scope of that research. We are not a dealership, vehicle seller, lender, insurer, importer, or legal representative.

Research fee and timing

The displayed research fee is charged through Stripe before work begins. We aim to deliver a recommendation within two business days after payment and receipt of a complete brief. If essential information is missing, the delivery period begins when that information is received.

Prices and availability

Dealer prices, incentives, exchange rates, inventory, transportation expenses, duties, taxes, and fees can change. Our recommendation is dated and based on information reasonably available during our research. Final pricing and availability must be confirmed directly with the dealer before you make any purchase or commitment.

Your purchase decision

You are responsible for evaluating the vehicle, dealer, contract, financing, import eligibility, inspection, warranty, taxes, duties, insurance, registration, and transportation arrangements. We do not guarantee a dealer’s performance or the condition, legality, suitability, or availability of any vehicle.

Independent recommendations

We currently receive no commissions or referral fees from recommended dealerships. If that changes, applicable compensation relationships will be disclosed.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Refund availability depends on whether research has begun, the work already performed, and applicable consumer-protection law.
